Hello, we’re Tushar Mannan and Shapali, a husband-and-wife duo and co-founders of BELVAE. We are brought together not just by life but by a shared vision to create something truly meaningful.

Tushar spent five years in New Zealand, where he learned the value of quality, transparency and the belief that true luxury lies in simplicity. When he returned to India, he carried this global perspective with a clear ambition to build something of lasting value.

Alongside him, Shapali brought a deep-rooted understanding of beauty, shaped by years of hands-on experience in the salon industry. With a background in fashion and professional makeup artistry, she developed not just an eye for beauty but a deep and practical understanding of performance, consistency and trust.

When we came together, we realized that our individual journeys complemented each other in a way that felt truly purposeful. Our journey evolved into a shared vision where global operational excellence meets real-world beauty expertise. Over time, this vision was refined through insight, experience and a commitment to understanding what skin truly needs, guided by a philosophy of “Quiet Luxury”.
