Shipping Policy
Once you place an order, it will be shipped within 24-48 hours and delivered within 3-7 business days in India.
We want your BELVAE experience to be perfect from the moment it arrives. If your package is incomplete or shows signs of damage, please reach out to us on the day of delivery so we can make it right immediately.
BELVAE is not responsible for any product compromises, breakages, damage or losses that occur after the delivery.
Shipping rates are dynamic and tailored to the specific size and volume of your selected products. You will always see the exact shipping and handling total at the final checkout screen, ensuring complete clarity before any payment is made.
Return & Exchange Policy: Delivery & Ownership
At BELVAE, we ensure every product leaves our facility in Safe packaging. Please note that BELVAE is not liable for any compromises, damages, or losses that occur after a successful delivery has been confirmed at your specified address.
Our "Authenticity Guarantee" (Unboxing Protocol)
To protect your purchase against transit issues, an unboxing video is mandatory. This video must clearly show the original, unopened outer packaging and the extraction of the product. This documentation is required for any claims regarding:
- Missing Essentials
- Leakage or Breakage (especially for glass perfume bottles)
- Incorrect Product received.
Immediate Reporting & Damaged Parcels
Refusal on Spot: If your package appears tampered with, crushed, or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it from the delivery partner immediately.
24-Hour Window: Any claims for refunds or replacements must be submitted within 24 hours of the recorded delivery time.

Required: Attach your clear unboxing videos and images related to your claim.
Non-Receipt of Order
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your BELVAE parcel, you must notify us within 72 hours (3 days). We are unable to initiate investigations or process refunds after this 3-day window has passed.
Refund Timelines & Logistics
Shipping Costs: Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable as these are paid directly to our logistics partners for the transit service.
Refund Processing: Once your claim is accepted, the refund will be initiated within 4–7 working days.
COD Refunds: For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be credited to the bank account provided by the customer during the claim process.
Final Settlement: Depending on your bank's processing time, the amount may take up to 15 days to reflect in your statement.
A claim of refund should be made within 24 hours of order delivery with necessary details.
Cancellation Policy
Order Finality: Orders are considered final once they leave our warehouse and cannot be canceled.
Return-to-Origin (RTO): For any prepaid orders returned to the seller post-dispatch, a processing and shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
